Welcome to The Lamb's Wife blog!

"Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready." -Rev 19:7 KJV ... "And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife." -Rev 21:9 KJV

09/08/19 ~ The Two Shall Become One

Source: Google Images

In the beginning, God created the first man, Adam; and from his side He created an help-meet (wife) for him, and she, Eve, the first woman, became a separate being {Genesis 1:26-31, Genesis 2:18-25}. Even though they were two separate beings, they were considered as one. Engagements (Betrothals) & Marriages, which are a mutual commitment of fidelity to each other that we swear to by an oath, to this day, are based upon this principle ---> the two shall become one.

Some time later, Israel was betrothed to God {John 1:1-5} at Mt Sinai when she declared "all that the Lord has said we will do" (aka: I do) {Exodus 19-24}, but then ... she went a whoring and left her first Love, choosing other gods and nations' ways instead of Him
{Judges 2-8}. Even so, when He, Jesus, the faithful Bridegroom, came to bid them to the marriage at His first coming, she (now called Judah) rejected Him and chose her lovers making excuses as to why they could not come to the wedding {Matthew 21-22, Mark 12, Luke 14, Luke 20}. As a result, He released her from her betrothal (put her away), though she was as a wife to Him already {Ezekiel 16, Jeremiah 31:31-32}. The death of the Testator, Jesus {Hebrews 9}, with Whom she (Israel/Judah) had agreed to marry, released -them- from -their- old testament covenant (marriage contract), and by which He began the new testament covenant (marriage contract); covenants ARE contracts! And when He died on the cross {Galatians 3:13}, then the putting away of Judah (as then betrothed) was complete, though He did not divorce her {Deuteronomy 24, Isaiah 50, Jeremiah 3}, she was released from -her- betrothal vows that -she- agreed to at Mt Sinai ---> 'til death us do part.

Since then, the Father is choosing a faithful bride from among the nations, for His Son, consisting of both the Jews (Israel/Judah) & also the Gentiles, think the book of Esther {Ephesians 5:30-32}. As with the first Adam, a bride (called the church) is being produced from the side of the second Adam, Jesus, Who was pierced for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon Him {Isa 53:5}. All those who believe in the Lord Jesus, asking Him into their hearts & lives, are, in essence, betrothing themselves to Him via the New Testament Covenant (marriage contract) that is still being written in us today. And, when He *appears* for us the second time unto salvation {Hebrews 9:28}, at the upcoming resurrection/rapture {1 Thessalonians 4:13-18}, then the body/bride/church of Christ will be merged back into His body, the T/two shall become O/one again, as it should have been before mankind sinned and was separated from Him. W/we will be of One mind (S/soul), One heart (S/spirit), One body (B/body) ---> we will see Him, and know Him, as He is, for we shall be like Him {1 John 3:2}.

Now, if you, as a believer on the Lord Jesus Christ {Yeshua Ha Mashiach}, are saying that you are merely the body of Christ and NOT His bride, then you are not understanding the basic premise of what it means to be married to someone, because, in light of what is understood above, it is an impossibility to be only the body and not the bride. Why? Because ---> the T/two shall become O/one.

Yes folks, the body of Christ is also His bride {Ephesians 5:30-32}. This union of the T/two is what awaits those that are eagerly watching for their Bridegroom. I am among them ... my lamp is full of oil, my wick is trimmed and lit ...AND... I have an extra cruse (vessel) of oil to go the distance while I await my blessed hope, at-one-ment (atonement) with my Creator {Matthew 25:1-13}! If you claim Jesus as your Lord & Savior, you should be just as prepared, as wise virgins ... not waiting to hear "come up hither" but for the same trumpeting sound heard at Mt Sinai and the call of the friend of the Bridegroom ... as the scripture says ---> "Behold the Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him!" {Matthew 25:6}

Don't be among the foolish virgins who, at His first coming to be both Groom & King, rejected Him though they had betrothed themselves to Him. Don't let the devil cheapen all that the Lord has in store for you: His body, His betrothed, His bride {1 Corinthians 2:9, James 2:5}. Why did Jesus COME the first time? To take His betrothed to Himself. Why will He *appear* a second time unto salvation? ---> To take His betrothed to Himself.

And at the end of the seven years of tribulation on earth, He will COME the second time to rule and reign for 1,000 years; He will come -with- His church/bride to take His rightful place as King over all the earth {Revelation 20:4}. At this time, the Lord will once again re-establish His covenant with Judah ... since He had put her away but not divorced her ... it is at this time that He will consummate their marriage ---> and she will flourish into the mightiest of kingdoms {Micah 4, Luke 19, Romans 8 - 11}.

Remember: Just as the moon has no light of its own but simply reflects the light of the sun, so the bride gets her light from the Groom.

"For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church." {Ephesians 5:30-32 KJV}

Keep looking up, for our redemption draws nigh (near)!

08/24/19 ~ Backup Blog Site ...

My backup blog site is via my Wordpress blog. Right now I won't be posting to it, it's only a "backup" site in case this one is taken down. At the moment, that site simply links to this one. I *may* copy some of my articles to the new blog for posterity sake. It's always good to have a "backup" plan ;o}

07/29/19 ~ Revelation Revealed

Here's how I *see* & understand the Book of Revelation. You may have to use this page as a guide and read with these points in mind to understand my viewpoint. If you still disagree, that's fine, we can agree to disagree, agreeably. I use and recommend the KJV bible for scriptures. Blessings in Jesus ;o}

Rev 1 ----------> Intro: John called up to the throne room in heaven to receive the vision.
Rev 2-3 -------> The seven churches, which (through us) still exist today.
Rev 4 ----------> Back to John and his vision in heaven, with the four beasts and the 24 elders present.
*** The end of this chapter is NOT the rapture! ***

Rev 5-6:8 ----> The Lamb {Jesus/Yeshua} arrives in heaven, after His resurrection (or ascension) and receives the scroll from the Father, then He opens the first 5 seals.
----------------------> Seal 1, White horse & rider: false christs/prophets (including "the antichrist" yet to come; see 1Jo 2:18, 1Jo 2:22, 1Jo 4:3, and 2Jo 1:7 for definitions on the word antichrist)
----------------------> Seal 2, Red horse & rider: wars and rumors of wars
----------------------> Seal 3, Black horse & rider: famines, pestilences, earthquakes, etc
----------------------> Seal 4, Pale horse & rider: death & hell following
^^^ God's four sore judgments ^^^ going out worldwide {Eze 14:21; Zec 6; see also Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 17 & Luke 21.}

Rev 6:9-11 ------> Seal 5 - Martyrs dying for Christ throughout the "times of the Gentiles". <<< WE ARE HERE!
Rev 6:12-17 ----> ending with a great earthquake, sun darkened, moon blood, people trying to hide in the mountains, rocks, caves to avoid the "wrath of the Lamb" --> "For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?" {Rev 6:17 KJV}
----------------------> I believe the great earthquake is caused by the dead in Christ coming out of their graves at their resurrection, the dust will likely cause the sun to darken and the moon to turn blood red ~ remember, this will be a worldwide event!

You may ask, "Why would He only open five seals instead of all seven?" I answer a question with a question: Why did He not read the full passage of Isaiah 61:1-2 KJV? Answer: Some things are said or done when it's time to say or do them! See Seal 6, we're not quite there yet ;o}

Rev 7:1-8 --------> The 144,000 male virgin Israelites are sealed for work during the first 3-1/2 years of the tribulation and since they are sealed, no harm will come to them during that time.

Rev 7:9-17 -------> Seal 6 - Multitudes in heaven (ALL saints of "times of the Gentiles") just prior to the wrath of the Lamb (trumpets). This is the day of our redemption when the dead in Christ are resurrected out of their graves, and we who are alive at that time will be *changed* from mortal to immortal, we will ALL be caught up (raptured) together, and so shall we ever be with our Lord.

>>> The wrath of the Lamb begins at Rev 8, the seventh seal is broken <<<
Rev 8:1-14:13 ---> Seal 7 - Wrath of the Lamb (introducing the seven trumpets), first 3-1/2 years of the tribulation period.

>>> The three woes begin at Rev 9 <<<
The three woes, which are part of the "wrath of the Lamb" (trumpet judgments) begin with the fifth trumpet as seen in Rev 9:1 but is initially warned of here ...
"And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!" {Revelation 8:13 KJV}
 ---> Rev 9:1-12 is the FIRST WOE: FIFTH TRUMPET "One woe is past; [and], behold, there come two woes more hereafter." {Revelation 9:12 KJV}
 ---> Rev 9:13-11:14 is the SECOND WOE: SIXTH TRUMPET "The second woe is past; [and], behold, the third woe cometh quickly." {Revelation 11:14 KJV}
 --->  Rev 11:15-19:10 is the THIRD WOE: SEVENTH TRUMPET -which are also-
THE SEVEN VIALS -or- WRATH OF GOD
-but- before those begin, we see ...

Rev 14:14-16 ----> Jesus harvests the "Tribulation Saints" just prior to the wrath of God (vials).

>>> The wrath of God begins at Rev 15, seventh trumpet is sounded <<<
Rev 15-18:24 ----> Seventh Trumpet - Wrath of God (vials), last 3-1/2 years of the tribulation period, also called the "great tribulation" and "Jacob's trouble"(* see note below). "The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: ... And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast [it] into the great winepress of the wrath of God." {Revelation 14:10, 19 KJV}
"And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God." {Revelation 15:1 KJV}

Rev 19:1-10 ------> ALL saints in heaven just prior to the Second Coming of Christ. This is not another resurrection nor rapture, it's simply ALL the saints from all three resurrections {Mat 27:52-53, Rev 7:9-17, Rev 14:14-16; along with the two witnesses, and the 144,000.}

Rev 19:11-14 ----> Jesus' Second Coming (WITH ALL of His saints) to rule & reign for 1000 years from Jerusalem. Anyone that is still alive (mortal bodies) at this time will enter into Christ's millennial kingdom ;o}

Rev 20 -------------> The devil bound for 1000 years, loosed for a short time thereafter, Gog of Magog war to end all wars. Then the Great White Throne judgment, those not found in the Lamb's Book of Life are cast into the lake of fire; death and hell are cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. {The first death being a natural death of our mortal bodies, Hebrews 9:27 KJV}

Rev 21 --------------> New heaven & earth, New Jerusalem descends from heaven, the Lamb's wife (ALL the saints), admonishments, description of New Jerusalem ;o}

Rev 22  -------------> Our Father comes to abide with us in New Jerusalem for eternity! And GUESS WHAT!? He's STILL talking TO THE CHURCHES ...
"I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, [and] the bright and morning star." {Revelation 22:16 KJV}

(* Note) I'm undecided as to whether "Jacob's trouble" is the whole seven years of tribulation or just the last half of it.

Because of the three woes (trumpets 5, 6 and 7), we know that the book of Revelation IS in chronological order!

07/11/19 ~ 666 ..."destroy it"... תרסו

Graphic by me, click to enlarge - opens in page with no back button ;o/

The above graphic itself should have at least one of your eyebrows raised already ;o}

This page is my attempt to track down the meaning of 666, primarily from it's Hebrew origin. I started this study a few days ago. Fasten your seat belts, you're in for quite a ride!

666 = 600+60+6, in Hebrew (read from right to left), that's ...

תרסו

TR - Tav (ת 400) + Resh (ר200)
S  - Samech (ס 60)
V  - Vav (ו 6) (could also be Waw)

There is no single proper Hebrew letter for the number 600, though in more modern times the 'final Mem' has taken on that roll ... but, we must bear in mind that the 'final Mem' is -only- used at the END of a word, not at the beginning as we see here. Generally speaking, even today, the correct Hebrew letters are TR (תר) being the equivalent of 600.

According to "Do It In Hebrew" website (graphic snapshot above), the Hebrew for the letters
תרסו (English: TRSV) have a meaning, which are the words: "Destroy it".

From Sefaria's website I found several instances of these four Hebrew letters converted to the numbers: 666. If these links to Sefaria's site don't work -- > go to Sefaria.org and type in the four Hebrew letters
תרסו or the number 666 in their search box ... תרסו TEXTS https://www.sefaria.org/search?q=תרסו&tab=text&tvar=1&tsort=relevance&svar=1&ssort=relevance

TRSV - Tarasov
On YouTube I found a woman's channel by the name of: Moran Tarasov (TaRaSoV) ... with these four Hebrew letters in her subtitling for two videos, which turns out to be her last name. This tells me how the word TRSV would be spelled in English, which is: TaRaSoV (Tarasov).

According to a couple of websites (links below) the name is quite common, and ancient, and although primarily Russian, it's thought to hail from Greece. One of it's ancient meanings, they say, means "forest goddess" (I assume: Tara-sov).

However, if I look at a potential English version for "Tara" it looks & sounds very much like the English word "Terra" (as in Terra Firma - meaning Earth). If the feminine of the Russian or Greek means "forest", is it possible then that the masculine may mean "earth"? And, could the suffix (ending) "sov", which reminds me of our English word "sovereign", be the word for "goddess" (feminine) or god (masculine)? One page says if the word is spelled Tarasoff it is feminine (aka: goddess) ... but if spelled Tarasov it is masculine (aka: god). So, the masculine name "Tarasov" would mean earth god, or "god of the earth". Does that bring anyone (satan) to mind, who is called the (temporary) ruler of this earth? NOT to be confused with the true God, these would be fake "god/s" with a small "g".

Apparently the suffix -ov means "son of" so Taras-ov means "son of Taras" But if Tara (Terra) means "god" then this could also take on the meaning of "son of god", as in, a fake son of a fake god, not the true Son of God - Who is Jesus/Yeshua. Again, small "g" for the fake "god".

As stated on one website, here are some derivatives of the surname Tarasov: "Historians find in the ancient archives set mentions of the Tarasov family. They also learn the name Taras, the origin and the set of derivatives from it. Meet: Tarasenkov, Tarasenko, Tarasevich and others."
And more: Tarashas, Taraskin, Tarasyuk, Tarasik.
Some of them have the required letters of TRSV, some have extras like N, K, CH (vowels not included in Hebrew).

"I want to talk about the origin of the name Tarasov. Some researchers are sure that Taras is a derivative word from Tara. Tara was called the forest goddess. She was also the patroness of her "own" trees (oak, ash, birch). ...

... The name of Tarasov is ancient. The name Taras came from Greece and meant a person who has a spiritual connection with God. Another interpretation of the name is a rebellious man, showing his will, a rebel." < -- 0.o

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarasov

One person that is from the wiki list above is of particular interest due to his beliefs, Alexander Tarasov ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexander_Tarasov

Am I saying he is *the* man satan will enter into? NO, of course not LOL, just interesting is all. It's likely someone entirely different and not on the scene yet!
Here's Alexander Tarasov's website in English http://www.screen.ru/Tarasov/english.htm
And here it is in Russian http://www.screen.ru/Tarasov/
Александр Тарасов (Russian: Alexander Tarasov, note the "B" instead of "v", which is a typical letter switch even in Hebrew!). I only show his web links because it shows the Russian version of the name Tarasov.

There's another Alexander Tarasov that has a YouTube channel and likes to display his crazy antic therein ... here's an article on one such instance http://scribol.com/anthropology-and-history/bizarre-and-offbeat-news/plaster-bath-prank-russian-builder-alexander-tarasov/
Apparently the video & YT channel are no longer available.

I found some fascinating, relevant, and interesting speculation that the surname Tarasov comes from a Jewish ancestry, namely Denmark (tribe of Dan?): "His brother and his son both bear Jewish names, while Viggo himself bears a Nordic one, which is most prevalent in Denmark. It's possible that the Tarasov family is at least partly Jewish (there's rich history to Jews in Russia, as well as to antisemitic attitudes)."
More here ... https://www.reddit.com/r/movies/comments/8hffch/john_wick_a_theory_on_the_tarasov_familys_origins/

Why do I point this out? Because I don't believe the Jews/Israelites will accept anyone but a Jew/Israelite as their king during Jacob's trouble. This man, whoever he is, will be indwelt by satan himself. The fact that TRSV (Tarasov) may actually stem from a tribe of Israel, probably Dan, who BTW, some of the early church fathers also believed he would come out from, gives it a lot more weight than it being a name of either solely Russian or Greek origin.

In Genesis 49 KJV we find the "blessings" Jacob gave to his 12 sons, does any imply "destroy"? Some of the early church fathers believed that from Dan the antichrist would arise. "Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel. Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward. I have waited for thy salvation, O LORD." {Genesis 49:16-18 KJV} https://www.blueletterbible.org/kjv/gen/49/1/s_49001

And then there's this from a Catholic website (NewAdvent) of early church fathers, I'm quoting a whole section next ...

CHURCH FATHERS: On Christ and Antichrist (Hippolytus)
"14. Thus did the Scriptures preach before-time of this lion and lion's cub. And in like manner also we find it written regarding Antichrist. For Moses speaks thus: "Dan is a lion's cub, and he shall leap from Bashan." Deuteronomy 33:22 KJV But that no one may err by supposing that this is said of the Saviour, let him attend carefully to the matter. "Dan," he says, "is a lion's cub; "and in naming the tribe of Dan, he declared clearly the tribe from which Antichrist is destined to spring. For as Christ springs from the tribe of Judah, so Antichrist is to spring from the tribe of Dan. And that the case stands thus, we see also from the words of Jacob: "Let Dan be a serpent, lying upon the ground, biting the horse's heel." Genesis 49:17 KJV What, then, is meant by the serpent but Antichrist, that deceiver who is mentioned in Genesis KJV, Genesis 3:1 KJV who deceived Eve and supplanted Adam (πτερνι'σας, bruised Adam's heel)? But since it is necessary to prove this assertion by sufficient testimony, we shall not shrink from the task."
"15. That it is in reality out of the tribe of Dan, then, that that tyrant and king, that dread judge, that son of the devil, is destined to spring and arise, the prophet testifies when he says, "Dan shall judge his people, as (he is) also one tribe in Israel." Genesis 49:16 KJV But some one may say that this refers to Samson, who sprang from the tribe of Dan, and judged the people twenty years. Well, the prophecy had its partial fulfilment in Samson, but its complete fulfilment is reserved for Antichrist. For Jeremiah also speaks to this effect: "From Dan we are to hear the sound of the swiftness of his horses: the whole land trembled at the sound of the neighing, of the driving of his horses." Jeremiah 8:16 KJV And another prophet says: "He shall gather together all his strength, from the east even to the west. They whom he calls, and they whom he calls not, shall go with him. He shall make the sea white with the sails of his ships, and the plain black with the shields of his armaments. And whosoever shall oppose him in war shall fall by the sword." That these things, then, are said of no one else but that tyrant, and shameless one, and adversary of God, we shall show in what follows." Source ... http://www.newadvent.org/fathers/0516.htm {NOTE: Because I use a script that you can mouse-over scriptures to read right here on the page, I've added KJV to the end of scripture references that are not in the actual article's text, click the article link above to read it as is.}

And here's what some Orthodox Christians believe and quote from others of days past ...
"The Antichrist will be a mockery and parody of the true Christ, the Lord Jesus. Early Church saints such as St. Irenaeus, St. Jerome, and St. Ambrose and others hold that the Antichrist will be a Jew, as Jesus was, but will be born from the wrong tribe, not from the Tribe of Judah, but from the Tribe of *Dan.* -1-  Both St. John of Damascus and St. Ephraim the Syrian believe that the Antichrist—“the offspring of fornication”— will be born, not of a holy virgin, but “of prostitution” from an immoral, sinful, “defiled maiden”.2"
Source ... http://orthochristian.com/106805.html
{NOTE: Because I use a script that you can mouseover scriptures to read right here on the page, I've added KJV to the end of scripture references that are not in the actual article's text, click the article link above to read it as is. I've have had to put *Dan.* within asterisks and their reference to 1 as -1- to avoid the script kicking into the book by the same name.}

There is a common error (as seen in the Orthodox quote above) that I would like to correct ... Jesus was a legitimate "Jew", which is short for the tribe of Judah; Dan is a different tribe entirely, though he was also a son of Jacob. Both of these tribes (sons of Jacob) are rightfully called "Israel" as God changed their father's name from Jacob to Israel {Gen 32:28 KJV} ... but they are not both "Jews", Jesus is a Jew (of the tribe or son named Judah), and Dan is a Danite (of the tribe or son named Dan). Jesus {Yeshua, His Hebrew/Jewish name} is the rightful Heir to the throne of king David ... if someone usurps it before His second coming it would be someone from Israeli ancestry, one who can prove his heritage back to one of the 12 tribes (sons) of Israel (Jacob). Yeshua {Jesus' Hebrew/Jewish name} means "Salvation". Dan, who was the son of a handmaid (Bilhah, maid to Rachel), means "judge". If you do a study on Jacob's son Dan you won't be surprised as to why many church fathers believed he would be the final or ultimate antichrist. Later I do quote where Paul refers to himself as a "Jew" even though he is from the tribe of Dan but though born in Tarsus (a Roman city, thus he had Roman citizenship), he was raised in Jerusalem, Israel, as he said. People in the land today are also called "Jews" because most do not know which of the 12 tribes they originate from (except some of the priestly tribe of Levi). For Paul's statements you can look those up in Acts 21:39 KJV & Acts 22:3 KJV.

And more yet ...
Irenaeus ('Heresies' Vol. 302)
Irenaeus ("Against Heresies," Book V, Chap. 30)
Hippolytus ('De Christo et Antichristo', pp. 14,15)
""There are different answers to the question whether the Antichrist will be a Jew or a heathen. That he will be a Jew, and apparently of the tribe of Dan, Irenaeus based on Jer. 8:16 KJV and the absence of that tribe in Rev. 7:5-8 KJV. Hippolytus grounded it upon Deut. 33:22 KJV; Gen. 49:16-17 KJV, and the consideration that as the opposite to Christ he must descend from Israel. Ambrose refers to John 5:43 KJV; Prof. Schlatter to II Thess. 2:4 KJV; that he sets himself in the temple of God, not of idols." (Erich Sauer, The Triumph of the Crucified, p. 119)" "Dan means "judge"".

Jewish Encyclopedia on the tribe of Dan ...
Dan is "Jacob's fifth son" by Rachel's handmaid, Bilhah {Genesis 30:3-6 KJV}.
http://www.jewishencyclopedia.com/articles/4866-dan

And now, I have to ask this question (being a weak student of Hebrew) could it be that "fifth" signifies after the door (dalet = 4 = Christ) is closed?

"And when Rachel saw that she bare Jacob no children, Rachel envied her sister; and said unto Jacob, Give me children, or else I die. And Jacob's anger was kindled against Rachel: and he said, [Am] I in God's stead, who hath withheld from thee the fruit of the womb? And she said, Behold my maid Bilhah, go in unto her; and she shall bear upon my knees, that I may also have children by her. And she gave him Bilhah her handmaid to wife: and Jacob went in unto her. And Bilhah conceived, and bare Jacob a son. And Rachel said, God hath judged me, and hath also heard my voice, and hath given me a son: therefore called she his name Dan." {Genesis 30:1-6 KJV}

Did you know that the "tribe of Dan" is NOT mentioned in the list of 12,000 virgin males of the Israelites (worldwide) x 12 tribes sealed in Revelation 7:3-8 KJV? Two of the tribes are Joseph's sons: Joseph (Ephraim) and Manasses (Manasseh). The tribe of Dan is very much tied to the Hebrew date of "Tu B'Av", links from my three 2016 blog articles at the bottom of this page ;o}

And now, on to something completely different! Using Jeff Benner's paleo-Hebrew chart to get the ancient paleo/picto letter "Picture & Meanings" ...

ת TAV    400    Crossed Sticks: mark, sign, signal, monument
ר RESH 200    Head of a Man:     first, top, beginning

ס SAMECH 60    (Sin) Thorn:    grab, hate, protect

ו VAV      6    Tent Peg:    add, secure, hook

666    {Reminds me of Ezekiel 38-39 KJV} ...

"And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts [of armour, even] a great company [with] bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:" {Ezekiel 38:4 KJV, read the whole chapter, Gog of the land of Magog.}

When looking up if there's any scripture in the bible that contains both "mark" and "head", I found this ... "As for you, son of man, mark two ways for the sword of the king of Babylon to come. Both of them shall come from the same land. And make a signpost; make it at the head of the way to a city." {Ezekiel 21:19 ESV, read the whole chapter, in the KJV as well!} https://www.blueletterbible.org/search/search.cfm?Criteria=mark+head&t=KJV#s=s_primary_0_1

Where in the bible do we see reference to a "destroyer"? Abaddon (Hebrew) & Apollyon (Greek) both mean "destroyer" ...
"And they had a king over them, [which is] the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue [is] Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath [his] name Apollyon." {Revelation 9:11 KJV} https://www.blueletterbible.org/kjv/rev/9/11/s_1176011

Therefore, it stands to reason that the third character in this upcoming *UNholy trinity* of this unfolding prophecy is also a "destroyer" and since he is the "god of this earth" ... what is "it" that he would want to destroy for which the meaning of the four Hebrew letters of his name is: "destroy it"? EARTH. If you can't beat 'em, destroy 'em ... right!? That'll be his mission ... ?why? ... because if he fails, and he will fail, he will spend a 1000 years in the abyss (chained in hell) until he's loosed for a short time and that will lead to his final destruction in the lake of fire!

And then there's this to consider -- > three unclean spirits - like frogs - dragon, beast, false prophet ...

"And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs [come] out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet." {Revelation 16:13 KJV}

-- > dragon, beast, false prophet ...
This means there are THREE entities, one of whom, the "dragon" (satan), will indwell, the antichrist "king" perhaps!? The second will likely be a "beast" (peoples, kingdoms or nations) of whom the "king" will control; or he could be a man like a "general" in charge of an army. And the third will be a "false prophet" speaking as though from God but will be speaking the lies of the devil, satan. These THREE are a false representation of the Holy Trinity that is our Triune God. In other words, the "dragon" represents God (rather god, satan, the devil); the "beast" represents those peoples or nations under the control of that false god &/or those who took the mark of the beast and aligned themselves with it &/or a commander of an army; the "false prophet" is an UNholy spirit, who will speak lies in the name of God.

I'm not the only one to discover that 600+60+6 in Hebrew are the letters T-R-S-V/W, this person from Japan also found it in a mocking article about the Monster Energy Drink symbols are NOT the beast. I had to click the icon to translate it to English (from the original language, Japanese) so I could sorta kinda read it, check out that graphic with the letters that I found also ... https://hontoka.ina-ka.com/666/index-666monsutaenaji-moso.html & here https://hontoka.ina-ka.com/666/ {Caution: this Japanese site was just flagged for malware, I did not have that when visiting the site directly but the blog seems to think it has, click at your own risk.}

"Leaving aside looking for a name, but focusing on the significant meaning, the usual top-down order of the letters  תרסו do not equate to a Hebrew word.   However, arranging the letters like this   סרתו they still add to the number six hundred sixty six, but in this order form a phrase that has a relevant meaning.
To understand the meaning it is necessary to look at the four letters as a compound word composed of 2 two letter words,   סר and   תו .   The first word   סר  means “gone aside” and the second word   תו  means “mark”.
The word   סר  is used in Psalm 14:3 KJV to describe how people by having “gone aside” have become no good (bad and evil) and the word   תו  is used in Ezekiel 9:4 KJV meaning the “mark” on someone’s forehead.
Thus placed together the phrase   סרתו  can be said to mean the “gone aside mark” or if the definition of beast being a horrid person (ref. Merriam-Webster Dictionary), it can be inferred to mean a “beast’s mark”.
The biblical reference for the Hebrew word   תו  is:
Ezekiel 9:4 KJV  And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a   mark  upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof
ויאמר יהוה , אלו , עבר בתוך העיר , בתוך ירושלם ; והתוית תו על-מצחות האנשים , הנאנחים והנאנקים , על כל-התועבות
הנעשות בתוכה
The biblical reference for the Hebrew word   סר  is:
Psalms 14:3 KJV   They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one
הכל סר יחדו נאלחו: אין עשה טוב , אין, גם אחד
סרתו  appears to be an interesting play on words and numbers. Please let me know if you or anyone you may share this with has any feedback."

Finally, the last task of my search is to try to figure out what the Greek letters or word for Hebrew letters תרסו would be, to the best of my ability it seems to be either: Ταρσῷ or Ταρσοῦ and the Strong's Concordance for those are: G5019 - Tarsos (Tarsus in English). Here's the links to study those out, if you are so inclined ...

There is one other possible Greek translation to consider, and fittingly, it means "beast" in English, stemming from the Hebrew (תריו) (TRYV/W) or 600+10+6 = 616, which some people believe the number of the beast is rather than 666. I did not chase this rabbit far, perhaps another time ...

Tarsus is the city that Saul (aka: the apostle Paul) was from. There are some people that try to say Paul was the antichrist, wrong. Yet, could Paul be a type or shadow of things to come? Is it possible the antichrist will arise out of Tarsus, yet also be a Jew/Israelite? Perhaps ...

"I am verily a man [which am] a Jew, born in Tarsus, [a city] in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, [and] taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day." -Paul {Acts 22:3 KJV}

I'm sure there's much more research I could do ...but... I've gone down this rabbit hole far enough LOL However, I ask again: Is it possible a Greek or Russian with an Israelite, not a Jew (Judah) but rather of Danite (Dan) ancestry, named Tarasov (תרסו in Hebrew), or perhaps from a place anciently called Tarsus (Ταρσῷ or Ταρσοῦ in Greek), will become the future (short-term) "king of Israel" (antichrist) during the time of "Jacob's trouble"?

Personally speaking, I don't think the church will be here to find out so this page is for those that will be trying to answer that question yet future ;o}

01/11/19 ~ Moses died ...

Well, a few days ago I was wondering if I was going to write any more blog articles ... and then this came up and I just have to address it in my first article of 2019 ;o}

I know people want to think that because Moses was one of the two seen at the mount of transfiguration experience, with Jesus, that he (Moses) was there in a resurrected form. This is not true. It flies in the face of the fact that Jesus is the firstfruits of a new creation, He alone was the -first- of the firstfruits in a newly resurrected immortal body ... followed by those that resurrected AFTER His resurrection. Let's read some of those scriptures first ...

Jesus' resurrection from the dead ...
"He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay." {Matthew 28:6 KJV}
"And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him." {Mark 16:6 KJV}
"He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee," {Luke 24:6 KJV}
"But now is Christ risen from the dead, [and] become the firstfruits of them that slept." {1 Corinthians 15:20 KJV}

NOTICE that resurrection is something that happens to dead people, as we see with Jesus, followed by those that came out of the graves after His resurrection; not just that they come out of their graves but they did so in immortal bodies. Any other person that has died and came back to life in their mortal body only to die again is NOT resurrected, they are "revived". Perhaps I'll do a more in-depth article on that some other time. For now, the bible witnesses to Jesus' resurrection from the dead and those that came out of the graves after His resurrection, firstfruits of a new creation unto God.

"But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying," {Matthew 22:31 KJV}
"Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection." {Luke 20:36 KJV}
"Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:" {John 11:25 KJV}
"And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all." {Acts 4:33 KJV}
"Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: ... For since by man [came] death, by man [came] also the resurrection of the dead. ... So also [is] the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:" {1 Corinthians 15:12-13, 21, 42 KJV}
"If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead." {Philippians 3:11 KJV}
"Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some." {2 Timothy 2:18 KJV, this is the scripture they erred over: Matthew 27:52-53 KJV (also quoted below).}
"Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years." {Revelation 20:6 KJV}

AFTER His resurrection (not before, as people think about the mount of transfiguration story) ...
"And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many." {Matthew 27:52-53 KJV}

Moving on ... Moses died. He was not some special form of a man whereby God somehow preserved his body after his death, he was a mortal man and he died. Yes he had that Godly glow about him because he was constantly in the presence of the Lord from the burning bush onward, but he lived a mortal life and he died. There are plenty of scriptures to prove this, and there are some other proof texts for your consideration, see below ...

"And Moses went and spake these words unto all Israel. And he said unto them, I [am] an hundred and twenty years old this day; I can no more go out and come in: also the LORD hath said unto me, Thou shalt not go over this Jordan. The LORD thy God, he will go over before thee, [and] he will destroy these nations from before thee, and thou shalt possess them: [and] Joshua, he shall go over before thee, as the LORD hath said. ... And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, thy days approach that thou must die: call Joshua, and present yourselves in the tabernacle of the congregation, that I may give him a charge. And Moses and Joshua went, and presented themselves in the tabernacle of the congregation. ... And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither they go [to be] among them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them. ... Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against them. For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt [yourselves], and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger through the work of your hands." {Deuteronomy 31:1-3, 14, 16, 28-29 KJV}

"And the LORD spake unto Moses that selfsame day, saying, Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, [unto] mount Nebo, which [is] in the land of Moab, that [is] over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession: And die in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people: Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah-Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel. Yet thou shalt see the land before [thee]; but thou shalt not go thither unto the land which I give the children of Israel." {Deuteronomy 32:48-52 KJV}

"And this [is] the blessing, wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death." {Deuteronomy 33:1 KJV}

"And the LORD said unto him, This [is] the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see [it] with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither. So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD. And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day. And Moses [was] an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated. And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping [and] mourning for Moses were ended." {Deuteronomy 34:4-8 KJV}

NOTICE "he buried him" ... who is "he" that buried Moses? It was the Lord that spoke to him (Moses), told him to go up to the mount where he would die, and ... the Lord buried him. The Lord was with Moses when he died! I say again, the Lord buried Moses!

Moses DIED ...

"Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying, Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, [even] to the children of Israel." {Joshua 1:1-2 KJV}

Now on to the next issue, the bible doesn't say -when- the devil and Michael contended for Moses' body, it was likely AFTER he died and AFTER the Lord buried him. It may be the Lord sent Michael to guard Moses' body from satan, that seems more reasonable to me. Here's the scripture that tends to trip people up ...

"Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee." {Jude 1:9 KJV}

This simply says that Michael rebuked the devil when he disputed about Moses' body. It seems clear to me that Moses would have become (or be used by the devil as) an idol to the Israelites who were so use to his leadership during the past 40 years. Also, had they of idolized (idolater-ized) Moses after his death, it would have made it that much harder for Joshua to lead them for the next 30 years.

If satan had gotten a hold of Moses' body, perhaps he would have tried to enter into it himself in the end of days (after the church is raptured) when the devil has full control of the world without God's overruling his evil works. Satan obviously knew where Moses' body was.

I would venture to bet that Moses was resurrected to immortality as one of those that came out of the graves AFTER Jesus' resurrection so have no fear that the devil might yet try to take control of it (Moses' body) for I'm sure that Moses too has risen (AFTER Jesus' resurrection as we see in Matthew 27:52-53 KJV).

Other affirming *extra-biblical* text to consider ...

The Assumption of Moses http://www.pseudepigrapha.com/pseudepigrapha/assumptionofmoses.html
Chapter 1 "The Testament of Moses even the things which he commanded in the one hundred and twentieth year of his life" ... "And now I declare unto you that the time of the years of my life is fulfilled and I am passing away to sleep with my fathers even in the presence of all the people  And receive this writing that you may know how to preserve the books which I shall deliver unto you: and you shall set these in order and anoint them with oil of cedar and put them away in earthen vessels in the place which He made from the beginning of the creation of the world, that His name should be called upon until the day of repentance in the visitation wherewith the Lord will visit them in the consummation of the end of the days."
Chapter 10 "And I shall go to sleep with my fathers. Wherefore, Joshua you (son of) Nun, (be strong and) be of good courage; (for) God has chosen (you) to be minister in the same covenant."

Jasher 87:10-11 http://www.sacred-texts.com/chr/apo/jasher/87.htm
10 And Moses went up as the Lord had commanded him, and he died there in the land of Moab by the order of the Lord, in the fortieth year from the Israelites going forth from the land of Egypt. 11 And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab for thirty days, and the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were completed.

Jasher 88:1-2 http://www.sacred-texts.com/chr/apo/jasher/88.htm
1 And it was after the death of Moses that the Lord said to Joshua the son of Nun, saying,
2 Rise up and pass the Jordan to the land which I have given to the children of Israel, and thou shalt make the children of Israel inherit the land.

Moses is NOT one of the two witnesses ... ?why? because he died. Now, he may have been among those resurrected AFTER Jesus' resurrection, true that. But, when he was on the mount at Jesus' transfiguration, he (Moses) was spirit, not resurrected to a new immortal body at that time ... ?why? ... because Jesus hadn't died & resurrected yet. The apostles were permitted to see Elijah & Moses' spirits.

Speaking of Jesus' transfiguration, notice the apostles saw a "vision" ...
"And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him. Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him. And when the disciples heard [it], they fell on their face, and were sore afraid. And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid. And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only. And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead." {Matthew 17:1-9 KJV, this likely occurred at the Feast of Sukkot (Booths/Tabernacles).}

"And after six days Jesus taketh [with him] Peter, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them. And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them. And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus. And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. For he wist not what to say; for they were sore afraid. And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him. And suddenly, when they had looked round about, they saw no man any more, save Jesus only with themselves. And as they came down from the mountain, he charged them that they should tell no man what things they had seen, till the Son of man were risen from the dead. And they kept that saying with themselves, questioning one with another what the rising from the dead should mean." {Mark 9:2-10 KJV}

It was Jesus that was transfigured, NOT Moses, NOT Elijah.

So, were Enoch & Elijah resurrected AFTER Jesus' resurrection as seen in Matthew 27:52-53 KJV? NO. Why? Because neither of them died, they are preserved, somewhere, in their natural mortal bodies.

I believe that Enoch & Elijah, the two that have not yet died, are the two that will return and be killed at the end of their 3-1/2 year ministry soon to unfold sometime after the church's departure. These two men are clearly the only two humans that have never died ... if they've never died they cannot be resurrected to immortality as that only happens to dead people. And, as we see above, how they were both caught up in their mortal bodies, they will likewise return to earth to *school* Israel for 3-1/2 years, they will be murdered and then resurrected to immortality after 3-1/2 days of laying dead somewhere in the streets of Jerusalem {NOT Rome}.

Up until Jesus' appearing where He takes His church bride to be with Him where He is {Matthew 25:1-13}, all humans will die, and after we're gone more will die.
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" {Hebrews 9:27 KJV}

NOTICE those that have been revived (not resurrected) only had their spirits return to their mortal bodies and subsequently died at a latter date. Resurrection from the dead is being raised to immortality, it is not being revived in this mortal body only to die again. Lazarus was revived when Jesus called his name and he came forth from the tomb after four days of being dead. Too many people mix these two terms as though they mean the same thing, resurrection is not revived and visa versa. These are two separate things, don't confuse them. Here is the true definition of "resurrection of the dead", which only happens to those that have actually died when spirit & soul leave the body (which is generally buried) and when they come back to their body it is raised incorruptible, immortal. Lazarus will likely resurrect when the dead in Christ rise at the soon appearing of our Lord & Savior for His own.

"For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory." {1 Corinthians 15:53-54 KJV}

Enoch & Elijah have NOT died yet, but they will ...

Enoch translated ALIVE ...
"And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: And Enoch walked with God: and he [was] not; for God took him." {Genesis 5:23-24 KJV}
"By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him." {Hebrews 11:5-6 KJV}

Elijah taken ALIVE in a chariot of fire ...
"And it came to pass, when they were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me. And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: [nevertheless], if thou see me [when I am] taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be [so]. And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, [there appeared] a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. And Elisha saw [it], and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces." {2 Kings 2:9-12 KJV}

Enoch & Elijah are the two witnesses, not Moses ...

"And I will give [power] unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days, clothed in sackcloth." {Revelation 11:3 KJV}

"And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies [shall lie] in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth." {Revelation 11:7-10 KJV, no this is not Christmas, but ... it may be alluding to a future Hanukkah! Also notice the reference to the "great city" where our Lord was crucified, that would be Jerusalem, NOT Rome.}

"And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven." {Revelation 11:11-13 KJV, Remember, "the city" being referred to here is Jerusalem, NOT Rome, more on this in a link below.}

I REPEAT: "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" {Hebrews 9:27 KJV}

How many biblical (and extra biblical) witnesses do you need as proof that Moses DIED and was buried??? Is the bible true or is your theology true? I'll leave that to you to decide for yourselves.

As for me, I believe the bible as well as the other confirming texts!

"But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words." {1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 KJV}
